This delightful house is just over an hour from Shannon Airport and forty minutes drive from Ennis Market town. It is just a few minutes walk to Blue Flag beach where its resident dolphin has returned once again this year. Its also only a mile from Miltown Malbay - home of traditional Irish Music with its annual "Willy Clancy" music festival. Tastefully furnished throughout the house enjoys gorgeous sea views from a raised patio area outside and from the upstairs you can watch the waves breaking on the shoreline. There is no terrestrial TV (poor reception) but a DVD and a selection of movies for you to enjoy. Golfing,surfing and sightseeing are some of the main attractions in this scenic area.

Due to the unique position of the house the reception is poor and therefore there is no terrestrial TV however a DVD is provided with a selection of DVD movies for you to enjoy. The viewing room is in a separate lounge at the rear of house.
There are two other lounge areas each accommodating 6 - downstairs with real fire and upstairs with fabulous sea views to be enjoyed.
