This very spacious and stylish property is setin its own grounds and has extensive views over the countryside as far as Valentia Island. There is a bright and warm feel to the house which boats fine fittings, and has been tastefully furnished. Sit back and enjoy the views or take a stroll to a nearby small shingle beach half a mile,down a laneway beside the property. Relaxing here is not hard and the peace and tranquil surroundings take you away from it all. Only half a mile down the road is the bustlling and delightful harbour village of Portmagee where seafood and local produce can all be sampled and traditional music and entertainment is on offer during the year. Waterville is a drive along the ring of kerry route with its golfing, craft market and beaches and St Finians Bay in Ballinskelligs offers safe sandy bathing and water activities. Birdwatching and fishing available and for those who like the outdoor life there is a wealth of walks, climbs and scenic areas to be found within a few miles.
