This relaxing and spacious property is one of a pair sharing a lawned garden with views down to the Valencia / Portmagee Channel and up to the mountains. Featuring an open fire and wooden floors, the house has 2 seating areas, one being upstairs in the gallery. Nearby Portmagee is a traditional fishing village and you can see (and join in!) traditional Irish dancing 2 nights per week all the year round. Angling, diving, and island cruise charters are available at both Portmagee and Knightstown piers, and you can enjoy the freshly caught seafood in the local restaurants.

Extra Details
The property is virtually equal walking distance between the pub in Portmagee (10-15 min walk) and the pub on the island: they both do music, but of course not guaranteed. The local beach is mostly pebbles, however Valencia Island has its own sandy beach, called Gloanlean beach, about 3-4 miles from the property. Else of course there is Ballingskelligs.
