**As the owner posts out the keys to the holiday maker, he will require a key deposit of £100 or €150 before he posts out the keys. Cheque is fine. This is then returned when the keys are posted back.
You can park from 5pm on the side of the road until 11:30am the next morning providing you place a disc in your car for the morning i.e. from 9:30am - two hour parking disc only costs 2 Euro i.e. £1.46
Alternatively there is an overnight car park that costs 7 Euro per night £4.79 just down the road from the property

A short drive takes you to the seaside resorts of Kilkee, Lahinch, Ballybunion and Spanish Point. Closer still, enjoy the water sports at Killaloe on Lough Derg or visit the Norman caste at Bunratty with its folk village and mediaeval banquets. And don’t forget Adare, the prettiest village in Ireland! The stunning scenery of Kerry and the wild, craggy landscape of Connemara are easily reached from here. Nothing is too far away! This is the perfect property for a large family gathering or get together.
