Ballyhack is a fishing village on the edge of the River Barrow, dotted with traditional fishermen's cottages, offering the visitor an insight into true Irish heritage. The village has a pub and shop, and is dominated by its 15th Century Castle. The area is an angler's delight with river and sea fishing available, and for the walker it is the starting point of the 48 mile Wexford Coastal Path walk, giving you the chance to fully appreciate the area's stunning and rugged coastline.
