Leap is one of the many pretty villages that dot the N71 linking Cork city with Killarney in Kerry. Located between the busy market towns of Skibbereen and Clonakilty and within 6 miles of the nearest Blue Flag beach, Leap has much to offer. Good pubs, eclectic shops and cafes, perfect after days of sightseeing, walking, fishing or gallivanting around the peninsulas. There are several beaches in the area and whale or dolphin watching can be organised locally. The property is fully equipped, comfortable and has one of the sunniest back gardens in Cork.

Located 3.5 miles from Leap village close to Rosscarbery and Skibbereen, and on top of a hill with panoramic country views, this stone built detached property is spacious and finished to the highest specification. The surrounding area is said to be amongst the most beautiful in Ireland with sandy beaches, coves, fast-flowing rivers, lakes, hills and forests - all of which are easily accessible for walkers, cyclists and drivers. The lively market town of Kinsale is also close by and is known for its excellent local produce. Throughout west Cork visitors can enjoy a variety of festivals whilst along the coast it is possible to spot both whales and dolphins.
