This lovely development of houses are perched on a site overlooking Waterville, just a three minute stroll away with its bustling village, beach and golf links. The houses are spacious with generous 1500 sq feet floor area. Each is tastefully decorated and features a lovely landscaped garden from which to enjoy the scenery that surrounds you . The open-plan kitchen/dining area has a sunny aspect and ample of space. The area has many unspoilt beaches, ideal for windsurfing, and the 18 hole golf links course is very popular.

The coastal resort of Waterville sits between Ballinskelligs Bay and Lough Currane and provides many amenities. As the tourist centre on the Ring of Kerry, the resort is surrounded by mountains and lakes and provides a sandy beach, 18 hole golf course and interesting archaeological remains. Walking can be enjoyed along the lovely Kerry Way, while fishing is available on one of the area's rivers and lakes. Other attractions are boat excursions to Skelligs, Beginish Island or Dingle and a visit to the coastal town of Cahersiveen is only ten miles away. Waterville is a fantastic base to explore the area.
