Cairbre House is a large property steeped in history and bursting with character, resting in the Irish town of Dungarvan in County Waterford. It boasts five bedrooms; a family room with double, single and adjoining twin room with en-suite shower room, two doubles with en-suite shower rooms, a ground floor double with en-suite shower room and a twin with en-suite shower room, sleeping 10 altogether. There is also a bathroom, a ground floor shower room, kitchen, utility, dining room and sitting room with open fire. To the outside is ample off-road parking, a large enclosed garden at front and rear with lawned areas, furniture and additional enclosed garden at rear with barbecue area. Cairbre House offers beautiful accommodation in the heart of a bustling town.

Clash-Brack is a delightful single storey cottage resting near the town of Dungarvan in County Waterford. It plays host to three bedrooms comprising a double, a twin and a single with a family shower room. Boasting a living room with a dining area and open fire, an a kitchen, this well-appointed cottage sleep five people. To the outside is a huge lawn with a picnic bench and off-road parking for 2 cars. Clash-Brack is a homely cottage in a lovely rural location. €20 electric per week included in the rental and any further amount will need to be paid during your stay.

With the accommodation mainly on the ground floor, this 300-year old property gives the visitor a taste of traditional Irish living. The kitchen is full of character with a split-level dining area, and the sitting room is on the lower ground floor and is cosy and welcoming with a solid fuel stove. There are two bedrooms, a lower ground family room and a lower ground floor twin room, which is accessed from the other bedroom. There is also a shower room on the ground floor, completing the property. A courtyard to the front of the cottage and a lawned area with furniture to the rear gives the property plenty of variety. Seaview House is a spacious detached house situated four miles from Dungarvan in County Waterford and can sleep 18 people in nine bedrooms. All bedrooms offer TVs and en-suite facilities, with three of the bedrooms being located on the ground floor, one of which is equipped for guests with limited mobility. The ground floor also comprises a bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, large dining room and a conservatory. On the first floor are six bedrooms and a sitting area with delightful views. Outside there is ample off road parking and a front and side patio with furniture. Seaview House is the perfect base for large groups wanting to explore all that the Sunny South East has to offer.
